Coffee producers often remain invisible inside the global value chain. By combining origin data, sensory intelligence, and sustainability-driven collection models, this study seeks to generate visibility, traceability, and real opportunities for producers.
Latin American coffee faces structural challenges that data and technology can help solve.
Lack of objective origin data. Most producers have no standardized profile accessible to global buyers.
Low international visibility. Small producers rarely have tools to present their product in data-backed formats.
Unequal access to technology. AI-powered sensory tools exist but remain out of reach for most origin producers.
We invite coffee producers from Latin America to submit a 150g sample. Applications reviewed monthly.
Selected participants may receive support to cover sample preparation and shipping logistics.
